Ingredients:
- 2 cans of Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 jar Apricot Pineapple Preserves
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 4 boneless pork chops
- Carrots
- Mix broth, preserves, bbq sauce, onion and mustard in slow cooker.
- Peel & cut carrots; put in crockpot.
- Add pork to crock and turn to coat.
- Cover and cook on high for aprox. 5-6 hours.
