Crockpot Apricot Glazed Pork Chops with Carrots

Apricot Glazed Pork & Carrots

Serves 3
Ingredients:
  • 2 cans of Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 jar Apricot Pineapple Preserves
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • Carrots
Instructions:
  • Mix broth, preserves, bbq sauce, onion and mustard in slow cooker.
  • Peel & cut carrots; put in crockpot.
  • Add pork to crock and turn to coat.
  • Cover and cook on high for aprox. 5-6 hours.
